Regent Start is designed for intimate gatherings where the parlour experience is a highlight of the evening rather than its full focus. With one or two professionally hosted tables and a clean, considered presentation, it introduces guests to the Regent Parlour atmosphere without requiring a large event footprint.

It works particularly well for hosted social nights, smaller birthday gatherings and private receptions where an intimate setting is part of the appeal. Everything is professionally managed — the hosting, the setup, the guest introduction and the close of the evening — so the host can give their full attention to their guests.

Signature Parlour Evening

Our most complete single-evening format

The Signature Parlour Evening is the format that most clients choose when they want the Regent Parlour experience in its fullest form for a single evening. With two to four tables, a dedicated host per table, full parlour styling and event coordination throughout, it is designed to be self-contained — a complete evening experience that requires nothing further from the organiser on the night.

We include a pre-event setup visit, full venue liaison and a guest welcome service that introduces each table activity to arriving guests in a warm, unhurried way. By the time guests reach the tables, they already feel at home.

The Full Collection is for events where the parlour experience is the centrepiece — large corporate hospitality evenings, premium venue events and occasions where every element of the guest experience is expected to reflect an exceptional standard.

A dedicated Event Director oversees the entire evening, working alongside our table hosts and your event team to ensure the occasion unfolds precisely as planned. Table styling is developed against your specific brief — colours, materials, presentation details — and all logistics are managed in advance through a structured planning process that leaves nothing to chance on the night.
